Our founder and Managing Director, Jessica Carney, established Carney Collaborative in September 2025 to provide family law clients with a service that focuses primarily on collaboration and dispute resolution.
Our main goal is to assist you in resolving your family law dispute, without the need to resort to stressful and costly Family Court litigation.
Whilst we will always prioritise conferral, collaboration and mediation before advising you to embark upon the Court process, we have the knowledge and experience to support you in commencing proceedings, if required.
